Carolyn brings nearly a decade of experience in property valuation to Arotahi, based in Gisborne, serving clients locally and nationwide. Her specialist expertise spans agriculture, forestry and horticultural sectors.

With a background in Forestry Science, Carolyn completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Canterbury, followed by postgraduate study through Massey University. She has experience valuing a wide variety of land types, including pastoral farms, forestry estates, orchards, and Māori land. Being based in Gisborne, her advice has been keenly sought after in relation to the effect of adverse weather events on property throughout the East Coast.

Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys supporting her children’s football pursuits, participating in her local kayak club, walking, and running.
